Half-Shifters

Location: Scattered. Very few races will accept a half-shifter around.
Hobbies: Vary. Half-Shifters are usually ostracized, especially by full shifters.

Intelligence: It varies, but most Half-Shifters, like humans, are around 100.

Appearance: Unlike a shifter, a half-shifter cannot transform into an animal, and they're not fully human either. They are, so to say, between the worlds. Some half-shifters are more to one side then others (see picture) but most look human with animal ears and tail (couldn't find picture).
